GX12i Chemical Injection System

The AgXcel GX12i Precision Injection Solution is designed for the application of low-volume pesticides, insecticides or any solution requiring a carrying agent. The GX12i does not require any electrical components to operate the injector system, but utilizes the system pressure and volume of the existing pump system used for the carrier. The GX12i works seamlessly with all AgXcel precision liquid application solutions. AgXcel is also working with Crop Production Services (CPS) to integrate the GX12i with their insecticides. Featuring a 10-gallon solution tank and visual flow detector, it's the perfect solution for low-volume applications that require injection of solution.

Yetter 2940 Air Adjust Series

Yetter’s innovative 2940 Air Adjust Series allows you to adjust up and down pressures with the touch of a button, creating the ideal ride. The in-cab controller allows for quick adjustments from your cab with the touch of a button, controlling five programmable settings and other functions. For 2015, Yetter is offering a hydraulic compressor as an option for use with the Pneumatic Hydraulic Control Kit, giving Yetter customers options for the air source for their 2940 Air Adjust Attachments. The 2940 Series of products includes the 2940 Residue Manager, Coulter/Residue Manager Combo, Firming Wheel, Rolling Basket and Floating Residue Manager Basket Combo.

Reichhardt Electronic Innovations PSR Guidance

Reichhardt Electronic Innovations’ PSR Guidance is now available for Miller model year 2015 Condor and Nitro Series machines. Reichhardt steering is through the machine ISO-BUS using the integrated hydraulics and electronics for maximum reliability and precision. Factory integration makes convenient use of the joystick during system operation. The ISO-BUS solution allows the use of a customer’s JD GS3 and SF3000 for GPS guidance using SF1, SF2 and RTK correction. The terrain compensation of the globe is fully utilized. Precision Fertilizer Control for Planters

Precisely control planter-applied fertilizer with Richway Nozzle Stop control valves and rate controllers. The valves operate in conjunction with air or electric seed clutches or electric seed meters to shut off the fertilizer in a row when the seed is shut off. The rate controllers work with all types of pumps and allow you to set the precise rate desired and maintain it for each row, regardless of how many rows are shut off and with planter speed variations. The new direct-acting electric solenoid valve is easily interfaced with electric clutches and electric seed meters. Air-actuated valves quickly tie into air-clutch systems.

Vanguard Visu-Flo

New for 2015! The Daugherty Companies introduces the Vanguard Visu-Flo System. Replace floating balls and inaccurate monitors with the all-new Vanguard Visu-Flo. Our unique flowmeter design for each row gives precise information on a large 7-inch color touch screen as well as bar graphs that show relative flow from one row to another. The Vanguard 4000 Series may be used for seed and/or flow, and comes in models that reach up to 36 rows. The system can be programmed for two separate flow rates on the same planter giving the operator the ability to use half-rate nozzles or other flow variations in addition to seeding rate. Choose from a full population model VM-4600 that provides seeds per acre and GPA, or the more economical model VM-4200/VM-4400 that gives seeds per second and GPM readings. All models give unmatched performance and peace of mind knowing that seeding and application rates are uniform and accurate.
