Strip-Tiller Shatters Soybean Yield World Record
Georgia strip-tiller Alex Harrell broke his mentor Randy Dowdy’s world soybean record with a yield of 206 bushels per acre! Harrell uses a Schlagel Rip Till in the spring, and plants 1-2 days after making strips on terminated cover crop ground. Harrell shows off his record-breaking soybeans in this picture.
