Strip-Tiller Grows Quality Cotton in the Desert
FarmProgress features Phoenix, Ariz., area strip-tiller Jerry Rovey, who took home the 2024 Western High Cotton Award. Rovey strip-tills cotton behind alfalfa or a wheat crop. He’ll average 3-4 bale yields of Upland cotton per season.
