“When strip-till is done right, it makes money, and today’s strip-till equipment has come of age to the point that it will deliver on the agronomic challenges farmers face,” Preller says.
During this equipment-focused session, the agronomist-turned-manufacturer will break down the intricacies of coulters, shanks and knives, and help determine which setup could be best for your operation. Preller will also explore the growing demand for strip fresheners in the spring, ways to improve strip-building in the fall and alternative equipment options available to tackle strip-till's biggest challenges.
You’ll Learn: Valuable insights from one of the top equipment experts in the strip-till industry, the pros and cons of different row unit setups, and how to increase nutrient use efficiency and improve profitability with the right strip-till equipment.
