These grant programs are for farmers, ranchers, scientists, educators, institutions, organizations, and others exploring sustainable agriculture in 12 states.
The EPA granted use of Enlist One and Enlist Duo in an additional 128 counties in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota and Texas.
The Seattle-based company will establish a line using Biofraction technology, capable of processing 100 tons of organic bio-waste per day into sources of renewable commodities.
Arkansas has placed restrictions on the use of new dicamba herbicides, while Missouri introduced bills that will amend the approval process for herbicides and herbicide-resistant seed, as well the sale of herbicide-resistant seed if the corresponding herbicide has not garnered approval.
